I asked the lady for a downstairs room, she stated there is no downstairs rooms available but I came last night and the lady told me different...she showed me an upstairs....there are several rooms empty on the same side I'm currently located. The lady who checked me in was rude when I asked what is the rate? Be professional to the customers, maybe its my nationality...whatever it was it's unacceptable. I already be moved upstairs and it would be too hard on me to move all my things now!
