I had a policy in force with this company during my travel to Chicago. I had a mishap, fell, broke my tooth and was attended to by the Northwestern Hospital Emergency. I had to continue treatment after retuning to Canada. I have incurred a total expense of $5000 so far. The company, after their review, only paid me $27 and called it "final". I have many communication documents, hospital bills and other information related to this accident. I can forward it to you to facilitate resolution. Resolution Sought Pay my expense close to $5000 as per policy for health. They are not responding.
