I took my truck there to have some engine upgrades done. I told them if they can keep it under 9k dollars I would be happy. They charged me 14k and when I got it back it was in WORSE CONDITION than when I dropped it off. My ac worked fine and now it doesn't and it leaks oil when it didn't leak before. All I want is them to fix it but they refuse Resolution Sought I want my money back now. I asked them to fix it and they refused so now I want my money back

This customer approved all the work provided in the work order. Their were a couple issues that needed to be addressed, which was scheduled. The customer became very vocal and threatening. in front of other employees and the owners wife threaten to kill the owner and wipe his "dead a** all over the shop" All of the work performed is warranted 12 months or 12k miles through our shop or any other Certified Center. Due to the customers violent temper and threats of violence he was told to call the 800 number warranty center and take his vehicle to another shop to reduce any conflict. He has requested addition work that was not on the original repairs for free when he returned when the owner was gone. He was told several times to go to another warranty center to avoid conflict. He has threatened legal action and personal harm. He was asked not to return to the facility or the Sheriffs office would be called.
