The bank has been made aware that to full extended possibly to the claim take. Up with these merchants following my paperwork process for dispute. The shops visit over charged me and or place a amount that was nit agreed to to come out my account nail shop. I've never visited made were a service was offed for a amount with nothing add during or after that service to apply additional charges was taken from my account. I let the bank know when where and the amount August 6,2022 / 85.00 at relax nails . There was also a charge from a online merchants princess wigs for November 9,2022 45.00 that was never received at all and have tried to contact the merchant no person to speak with over the phone money . Every time I put in a dispute, there's always a decision to not process certain disputes even when I sent over emails that I've contacted the merchant as well as any information on purchase and not receiving it over a curry of a month and taking it up with my bank since I'm not able to contact or get in contact with a particular Merchant. The two bankers that are managers are acting very unprofessional, as if my nail choice or my selection of anything in a beauty category is a personal appraisal to them on document opposed doing what is required after bringing it to their attention, and following the dispute paper, they have Miss handle documents back-and-forth and said that I've never provided them the dispute form when it's been confirmed on several different occasions. Resolution Sought I would like my money to be a short, utilizing the bank has anyone else and not anyone put emphasis on your personal opinions or hold or delay anything for four and a result of a fail process . No one should take money or overcharge me or don't provide good and I'm supposed to be left without this money that I so dearly need.

For over a period of time bank did not insure my money even after making them aware over a period of time that someone was utilizing my account without my authorization I was hassled and Taragate it and asked for documents for over a year which resulted in them not processing my claim. I have been a victim of identity theft and that resulted in me contacting your office I've made the bank aware seeing as though they were the only bank that I have access to Dawn Kovic to make any source of transactions it was a very important that I communicated with them giving that the debit card need it to be in my possession in order to have things delivered to my home. Not only did they interfere with me moving into a new home because the home was in such great concerns of safety in mailbox was being broken which could've resulted in to my identification things only or account information which provided the person or persons access to this information along with other online resources that could have resulted in obtaining my information. The merchant car service that consistently was being charge was given to the bank to never authorize any transactions and to block it from being able to do so was not done . They refused to close the account wants his issues went on for a long period of time which resulted in some money constantly and consistently been taking for me and I'm not taking it following protocols to keep my money insurance and to assure that I have my money at a very detrimenta Resolution Sought I like my money to be provided back me .
