Called about 1 unit not working (but have 4 units, zoned air). Said that 1 unit was out of Freon and didn't sell Freon.Nothing was done but did give us a free estimate to replace all 4 units for over $45,000. We told them no that was too high. Had gotten another estimate for $30,000. They requested I sign that they had been out to look at them so I did not knowing they had charged us $649 plus $99 service call when they emailed an invoice the next day. I called credit card company immediately to dispute but was apparently too late. Now we have to eat it. Put a bad review for no one to use they are frauds. They did not tell us what was being charged knowing we could not afford that and would not sign it. Resolution Sought Refund us the $649. We would agree to pay $99 service call. That would be fair. They took advantage of us.
