I was looking to get my vehicle transported from Texas to Colorado and was contacted by Trends Autoship after putting my info on a site that connects customers with drivers. They asked me to sign a document and place a $100.00 dllr deposit to pick up my vehicle. I asked them if they already had a driver ready and it was a for sure thing. They guaranteed me they had a driver and would pick up my vehicle in two days time. They called me last minute asking me for almost 2x as much as the agreed price on the signed document and were trying ti deliver my vehicle on a later date. I told them I wanted a refund since they were breaching the terms of the contract last minute and lied about having a driver ready. They stopped answering my calls or txts and I had to call them from another number and they finally answered. They were avoiding me and having to return my refund. They never denied or challenged giving me my refund back because they knew I was in the right but they avoided me at all costs. When I got a hold of them on the other phone they told me they were going to start the refund process and I asked them for a receipt or some proof of refund. I was told I would receive it in an hour and never did. Now when I call them from either number I get no response. I checked google and they have bad reviews, I cant be the only one they have scammed before. Resolution Sought Refund my money
