I came in Saturday to get my nails done, and the employee did sns dip powder. On Monday my nails were lifting,... I paid $80 including tip. This should not be happening. I went in to either get my nails redone or a refund and the gentleman at the counter was very rude and dismissive and refused to help me in anyway. Resolution Sought I would just like my money back, never been treated this way before.

Per our policy, we do not refund, we do offer a 1 week guarantee for repairs. We explained this to customer, we told her the lady who did her nails was off and if she could come back when she returned for the repair and we would gladly repair any issues, she refused to come in for repair, she just keep stating she wants a refund. The policy is posted in our shop that we do not offer refund only guarantee for one week.
