I have never in my 66 years of life and auto insurance coverage experienced the insulting practices of Trexis when I filed a auto theft claim. I have been subjected to a 20 minute taped "interview" with my claims adjuster. After this intrusive interview, i was sent a five page "theft report" that was insulting and suggestive. They asked me about my person life, my payment history (proof), whether i've declared bankruptcy, my marital status and my ex husband's name and where he works, where I was at the time of the theft, have I ever committed a crime and if so what where and when. Who are the people that have keys to my car. This went on and on until i was so upset I am writing this review. After a week, I still have no approval, the car is sitting at the dealership and they are wondering what is going on.. Apparently i have not "fulfilled" all of their requirements as of yet. They're still waiting on my "payment history" on the vehicle. This is none of their business. Also, a police report that I am certain IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY to retrieve. I am just so utterly at a loss here. I am recovering from stage 4 cancer and still having chemo. I told the interrogator this. no response... Any other insurance company I have ever had the pleasure to be a part of has been courteous and helpful. If my claim is filed, then it goes to the shop and it is handled from there immediately. This company should be immediately shut down, Resolution Sought My desired outcome would be for Trexis to honor the regulations of the Department of Insurance when dealing with a claim. Not to suggest that I stole my own car. I pay for my insurance and I expect to be compensated if something occurs. Full Coverage with rental..So far I have nothing.

I had an incident with my vehicle running through a puddle of water exiting my subdivision in which water totally shut my vehicle down and caused internal damage. This should be covered under my comprehensive coverage. It has been a nightmare!! It has already been 2.5 months and Nissan, which my car is a Nissan Pathfinder, has given them substantial evidence and I myself have given pictures of the day of incident and I literally just had a 3-way conversation with Nissan and Latesha from Trexis in which the parts manager from Nissan stated he had already had a conversation with her that was NOT pleasant and he stated that "sounds to me like they just don't wanna pay". I've climbed EVERY ladder with this company to no prevail AND I've spent more on the rental than the actual price to fix my car!! They know this and now they are trying to extend time once again by sending their "own" technician to looked at the vehicle!! This is crazy and I DESPERATELY need help!! I'm going broke because if this whole situation. please help. Resolution Sought They fix my car as they should and refund me the entirety of this rental vehicle. Its cost much more just due to the size of the vehicle, I can't fit my entire family in at once for long so we can't go places together!
