Bought not one lemon, but 2 lemons from them. The first was not road safe. when got second had no choice was either Keep first lemon or exchange for second car never got offered test drive paid cash for vehicle got took advantage of the carlot new there was something wrong with the Cobalt have messages from one who sold them the car Resolution Sought I would like for them to be held responsible for selling unsafe vehicles and have to pay me back some of my money they said was lucky did not cost me more to fix car could have exploded with me in the vehicle

In response to complaint you have receive from Ms Kinney regarding Tri County Auto sales. I have enclosed (copy provided to BCA for review) a purchase order bill of sale, which I have highlighted dealer implies no warranty. I have also enclosed (to BCA or review) picture of buyers guide which states no warranty and and in the bottom paragraph it suggest you have mechanic inspect before purchasing which Ms Kinney also signed. We consider this case to be closed as our company has done all steps necessary to protect consumer.
