These people are stealing from me over charging me stealing ever deposit i pay .They refuse to give discount I'm disabled with a income less than a 1000.00 a month they keep setting me up for disconnect refusing to set payment day for 3rd of each month adding charges reconnect fees and new deposit each time. I'm being taken advantage of because they know i have no way to hire any kind of help. They won't let any other electric come in, so everyone has no choice I'm sick of them turning me of for 100.00 electric bill I'm late on because they wont set my billing date right i have nothing because i have to give them so much every month I'm being treated unfairly I can keep doing this. Resolution Sought For these people to cut me a break and work with me instead of just taking from me stealing my deposits and letting other electric companies in, so we have choices and better service. These are the same people that almost killed us last year during a Record Breaking Freeze, when they shut off power to us all right when it began.
