There was a misunderstanding. Between workers and my friend. The company has been doing business 0ver 20 years with me and my parents without any problems. Because of this one misunderstanding incident they will not do business at my house. I would not recommend them to anyone. Plus, they did not get authorization by me in sending two technicians to do the work on the site (had to pay for two technicians and not for one like I usually pay for). Where they were only sending one technician to do the job during the past 20 years. There was apologize given to the Company by both myself and by my friend Resolution Sought Refund the $125.00 for sending out a second technician without my approval.

Company Response

The above referenced service appointment was scheduled by customer, herself. Our techs arrived, as scheduled, in a marked truck and wearing their uniform shirts. They clearly spoke to and identified themselves to customer, the property owner, who personally gave them access to the property. At no time were they made aware that they needed to announce their presence to anyone else living on the property. Shortly after they began work, customer's "tenant" came outside and began verbally assaulting and threatening our technicians, telling them that he would shoot them and that they had no business on the property. Our technicians left the property at that point. Customer followed them and begged the technician, and myself while on the phone with the tech, to come back and finish the repair work at her house. I had advised the techs to leave the property and that they did not need to return if they did not feel comfortable there. The techs said they would give it another attempt to complete the work as long as customert's tenant did not cause any further issues. Upon reviewing the situation later that day with the owner and the techs, along with another tech that brought up previous issues that were not known at the time, it was decided that we will no longer service this customer out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our employees. We had already spoken to customer and explained the charges to her and she agreed and paid. Now that we have explained that we will no longer service her property, she is asking for a refund and posting negative content about our company online. - Shelly Kappelmann - Business Manager
