We ordered out 3rd carport from Tri state March 26th 2021. We were told by place we ordered from it would be 4-6 weeks before they would deliver. We called at 6 weeks and was told no it would be 14 to 16 weeks before delivery. So waited till 16 weeks and called again. Was told as soon as they got a contractor to put it up it would be here. Finely got a call last week that it would be delivered. That day came and no building or call from them. We called back they said our building was the last one of the day and that they couldn't get to it till the next day and they would be here at noon. 1 o'clock we called contractor, he said he was heading home and the building would have to be rescheduled. called Monday morning said they would call back. No call... We called today and was told all buildings are on hold because of price increase! I have the paper work of the down payment I put on the building in march. I said to just give our money back and we would build it ourselves. They said there is no refund. So in 9 more days I'm 5 months without a building and $116.08 lost. I had bought 2 other building from them. If nothing else I'd at least like to get money back for the 5 months I have waited on them to fulfill there obligation. Resolution Sought Put up the building or give me my deposit Back.

I sent a down payment in to Lee 6 months ago never received the carport told him I wanted my deposit back sent me what looks to be refund, but I still do not have deposit refunded to my account he is being really rude calling me a cry baby. Resolution Sought Send my deposit back to me.

This situation was between a potential customer and one of our Dealers (Bryan Lee Shuck). We didn't receive any money directly from her and couldn't issue her a refund. I reached out to the Dealer and he said he mailed her refund check on 5/26/21.
