Trident Society complaints

I paid $2525. for my ex-husband to be cremated with military honors. He served 21 years with the Marine Corp and retired as a Chief Warrant Officer 3. I was told by Greg Devito, in San Diego, that he would definitely have the service he wanted which was bagpipes, taps, 21 guns salute and the folding of the flag. So I paid the money and proceeded to work with Christopher Turner, Miramar location. Chris told me that if I wanted bagpipe played, I would have to contact someone to do that on my own. The Death Certificate wasn't mailed to me as stated by Chris. I had to go to the office to pick it up. I told Chris that I wanted 6 small urns filled with ashes for the family but was not told about the $12. per urn permit fee until I came to the office to pick up the certificate. I brought the 6 urns with me to the office and paid the $82 fee for the permits to fill the urns. All along the way, every time I spoke to Chris, he said everything is on track with the service with honors. Day of Service: Find out Chris told the Marine Corp the wrong day of the service. So NO MILITARY HONORS!! NO NOTHING! The family received the flag in the mailing box! Everyone there including military officers was mortified. Chris was called by the cemetery director and Chris admitted he gave them the wrong date. I spoke to Chris and all he could say is I'm sorry. I wanted to be compensated and all he could offer me is a refund of the $82 permit fee. Still not received! Resolution Sought I would like my $82. if not all my money back. I feel this was a breech of contract with this company for not following through with what was promised and the screw-up by Chris on the date for the honors.
