Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Not not satisfied with the company very discouraging my husband's and passed away on the 10th of December 2021 her remains ashes were to be given to family member and they're disputed in the case because she has a living kid which is her son and he's not on the paperwork at all therefore we've been trying to get her ashes so that we can scatter her ashes the way she wanted to request it or wishes unfortunately that's what I'm going to happen till people be careful what you would do because it's not going to happen the way you wanted to be Resolution Sought My desire outcome is for her for them to release her ashes to the person that's on the paperwork instead of her kin because he's not in he's not incompetent and capable to take care of what he needs to take care of
