We were told when we bought Trident all things were done. No problems. We were called and said that paper work needed to be completed. Then we were called to send a picture when my loved one had provided that when we signed up. Then we were called and told that it takes 5 weeks to get a death certificate. In the mean time all our loved one's accounts were frozen so we had to use our own funds to pay for her caregivers' pay. I called the office and I was told they hadn't received the doctor's papers. I called the doctor's office and they had signed and sent the paper to them three times. The doctor had to sign the death papers for a fourth time. So the coroner's release has been held up and my sister in law is still on a slab somewhere. It's been almost three weeks and she still isn't cremated. I asked the office should have a team meeting to make sure this doesn't happen again. I was told they don't have team meetings so I guess this kind of shoddy work will continue. We are grieving and we shouldn't have to deal with this and Yvette shouldn't be in cold storage somewhere. I hope someone with authority will call me and get this shoddy work fixed so it doesn't happen again to some other poor family.
