I ordered Terzepitide from Trinity Meds online 3 weeks ago, on July 10th. They accepted payment before shipment. On July 15th I was in an accident and decided to cancel the order. On July 16th I began the cancellation process and received an email from them saying I would receive a full refund minus a $35.00 fee, which was fine. Over the next two weeks we emailed back an forth. Sometimes they would say that it was too late to cancel because the order was being processed with the pharmacy, and sometimes agreeing to the cancellation. They did issue a partial refund of $75.00 for the trouble. That leaves $322.00 still owed to me. I told them about the accident. Now, this morning, I received both a text and an email saying the medication had been shipped. I emailed them saying they were incompetent because surely it was not that difficult in this day and age to communicate with a pharmacy in two weeks' time. I believe this company is a scam, and am hesitant to even use their GLP-1 medication. I have the many email communications I've had with them. I also had to cancel my bank card on the advice of my banker. Resolution Sought I want them to have the product returned to them and I want to receive the remaining $322.00 refunded to me.
