I have been having a plumbing problem since I moved in this apartment the land lord claims she have been trying to get somebody to fix it the upstairs toliet leaks down to my bathroom causing a foul smell when I first moved in the apartment I had to go with my bathroom working 3 to 4 days witch when I pod the money to move in she stated that the apartment would move ready but one of her workers stated that he would not be finish and she said don't listen to what she saying I guess she just wanted the money at that time this past Saturday I had a 4 years old birthday party she called me on 6/7 and stated that I violated my lease by having a party and a waterslide and I was supposed to inform her first once I read the lease it stated nothing about what she said then also she was very rude she gone say well I'm just telling u u can't decide to have a birthday party and a waterslide cause that's a violation she is very rude to her Tenants and also it. Take forever to fix stuff Resolution Sought Get a new landlord and print the right violations in the lease

My mother lives in Amberwood apartments owned by Trinity multi family out of Arkansas. She has been trying to contact them for two and half weeks about having know air conditioning, stove and hot water . She is 80 years old and a heart patient and has asthma. She has know way of using the internet and don't know how. I'm her daughter. There is know maintenance person or manager on site. There are other people with complaints of things needing to be fixed. This needs to be taken care of asap. It is in the 90's . Resolution Sought Fix this right away, before something happens to her.
