I checked out of my apartment at Crosby Park Apts in Lawton OK on Dec 13, 2022. My apartment # was 12 D. Mngr told me I would get my deposit back within 30 - 45 days. On December 28, 2022 I received an email that contained a "file copy" of a check dated 12/28/2022 for $100.00 made out to me but the apartment complex manager did not use my forwarding address of PO BOX 1229, Broken Arrow, OK 74013, which they had on file. I have called the local property several times but no resolution. I have called Trinity Property Mngt several times at 479-452-1817. My only option was yo leave a message which I have done but not getting any calls back. Resolution Sought I want my deposit back.

I was informed by Trinity MultiFamily Property Group, Amberwood Hills Apt. Mgr. Nathan on 6/25/21 that the chronically 3 Months broken #1. Bldg 826 Apt 106 SideWalk lamp, #2. the Bldg 826 Master light & #3. 6 Other regional Bldg SideWalk lamps will Not be fixed for several more weeks, until mid July 2021. In Conclusion, there is a two (2) acres region of total darkness at night here at Amberwood Hills Apts that encompasses several Apt. Bldgs with No lights -- that includes stairs, steps, hills & several eroding up to 18 inch holes in the ground. The tenants from these 3 Amberwood Hills Apt buildings are at high risk for falling & for a Home invasion/Break in. Resolution Sought Dear Trinity MutliFamily Group & Amberwood Hills Mgr. Nathan, Please hire an Electrician to urgently fix the Amberwood Hills Apts. broken lights -- that increase the tenant's risk of falling & Home invasions/Break-ins. Thank you.
