I placed an online order on January 18th through this website, my money was immediately taken out of my account and I received my order processing email. A month had passed and I still had not received my order, I reached out to customer service who told me to give it a week or two and I should hear something, another week or two went by and I receive the same notification. I tried to cancel my order and was told it was too late. It has almost been two months and I have not received my items nor have I been able to track where my product is even at in this process. I reach out and get the same response each time. I wrote a review and it immediately gets deleted. Resolution Sought Refund me my money or ship out product I ordered.
