They claimed to be a 24 hour business with emergency services but when I called to have my septic pumped in an emergency they refused stating there employees have worked to many hours. Telling me they've been working 15-16 hours days and not getting off until 9 or 10 at night. ( not my problem) I needed work done in am emergency. As my septic is backing up into my house. And me being a lung cancer patient I need my bathroom. And can't afford to go to a motel or do I have any other options for somewhere to stay until they can come out. This is not how you run a 24 hour emergency business. I am ashamed of Triple T . Resolution Sought I would like for them to honor the 24 hour emergency call they advertise. And the owner needs to come back and run Triple T like he use too with respect and understanding.
