Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. We got solar panels from this company and they promised we were not going to pay and electric bill and if we did, it was going to be minimum $40 , because the panels were going to produce our electricity. Now we're stuck paying our electric bill plus $373 of solar panels we were only getting a credit of $27 on the electric bill. Now we can't pay to bills. My light bill usually more than $400 and I can't pay the 2 bills. Now they want to put a lean on my house because I stopped paying the loan company. This company did not honor what was told to us and we can't afford it , and we are afraid we are going to loose our home , they lied to us , need help! I want them to come and get there solar panels and I understand if we have to pay a penalty. Resolution Sought I want them to come and get there solar panels and I understand if we have to pay a penalty , but we can't afford to pay to bills , we got them to save money not to end up loosing our home .
