APW All Points Logistics is a small trucking company operating with one truck in our fleet. Our truck broke down and was down 6 days, the chicken in the reefer trailer was considered degraded after two days and did not get delivered until the 7th day after repair around February 1st and TQL filed a claim about a month later ". The insurance company, Trisura Specialty Insurance Company, would not talk and have no phone # to call Coverwhale,, only claim adjuster and they work for them. We've been in contact with legal representation and we're advised that the contract has more loopholes than coverage. All other details are available upon demand. Resolution Sought We would like Trisura Specialty Insurance Company to cover our company for all damages stated in our claim and refund all payments made to them regarding this claim.
