On May 03, 24, I had a legal document notarized and sent, to an Attorney's office in Thomasville, GA. 31792. The tracking# 1Z52188X0342357048. It was supposed to be delivered on May 11th. In following up to see if the document had been delivered, it HAD NOT been, as of June 14th. I called and went by triton inquiring about the pkg. several times! I s/w several employees. It was very difficult to reach the Mgr. /owner, phone calls were NEVER returned. After doing my research, I found out that the Owner is Candice Mahabeer (I was told the Mgr. was "Bella"). I even s/w with Candice several times and was told it was being researched. She future mentioned that a lot of pkgs were being researched, meaning they HAD NOT reached their destination. In reviewing triton, there have been several court cases against her. I asked for a refund, due to the fact that my legal document HAD NOT been received by the Attorney's office. And no services had been rendered. However the monies were kept by triton. If businesses offer a service and no service is performed, then the business should REFUND the customer in good faith. Interfering with mail delivery is a felony and should NOT be allowed. They offered to re-send the document; however, i declined that due to the fact that the documents were NEVER received. Why would I trust it at second time? Resolution Sought I asked Candice Mahabeer for a refund, but have not heard back from her/triton. And I'm sure none of the other people with packages being researched have either. This is a form of thievery, fraudulent, unethical and a felony to interfere with mail. After next week it will have been two months. I paid for a service, but there were no services rendered. I am only asking for my refund of $18.00. However, she did re-notarize the document.
