I have been living here at Savoy West Apartments, and the person above me always makes a lot of noise and plays loud music from 12 AM to 10 AM almost every night and I have to call the police. There has been over seven different property managers since I've been here and no one has taken care of this problem and it is affecting my mental health. I have voiced this to the regional manager and the property manager, but was ignored, and even blocked by the regional manager for some reason and I am not sure. I only talked to her once and she got snappy with me was not listening to me. I told them I would report them to the Better Business Bureau, but they were not taking me so I left no choice but to speak with you and tell you what is going on there is a person in 318 that makes a lot of noise throughout the night and then pretend like they are not doing it. I have recorded these things sent these things to 4 property managers and nothing is being done and I am being ignored . Leaving me to call the police when the noise starts Resolution Sought Please assist with warning the tenants above me about the noise. And, I would like to have the people who run savoy west be replaced . Because the current people aren't doing their job at all.
