In June of 2023 my husband and I took our car to this shop to have it worked on by Jep Cole it was making a squealing noise he changed out some parts told us to come get it when we picked it up it was still making the noise we took it back his mechanic changed out some more parts and said it was fixed when we got it back we drove it for a couple days and it went dead and wouldn't start again we had it towed back to his shop and his mechanic changed the battery out said he fixed it and then took our car 2 hours away after being told not to drive it cause we didn't have insurance and had a blow out and tore the bumper off and busted out the tail light then left it on the side of the road my dad had to go and get the car and take it back to Jep Coles shop after Jep Cole said he would fix it not to worry that's been 6 months now he says he is owed money on a car that he has locked up at his shop that he still hasn't fixed. He has been asked twice to just give us back the 700 dollars we paid and the amount for the bumper and return the car and hasn't even tried . Resolution Sought Give us refund and return our car.

Company states: This customer already took us to court in Lowndes County, MS. The judge dismissed the case due to lack of evidence on customer side. The owner is responsible for all fees, storage administrative fee, parts, etc. We have done the process according to Mississippi law for abandoned vehicles. This sale for the vehicle is scheduled on February 20, 2024.
