I brought a diamond ring in to be sized, manager said it would be done before Christmas of 2023, instead it's been a month now and still haven't received the ring. Resolution Sought Rectify the situation, give me my ring back.

Brad, When you brought your ring to me, Melinda Schwingle the manager, I told you how it would NOT be ready for Christmas. I suggested you return it to where it was purchased. You stated Walmart does not size rings. I suggested that they could order it in her size. You stated no. I explained we prioritize our repair work to new items that Troll’s had sold for Christmas. All other repairs would be back sometime after Christmas. In the dozen times you called, leading up to Christmas, I told you repeatedly it was NOT and would NOT be back in time for Christmas. We picked up your ring today. Unfortunately, it has not been sized since your request for immediate resolution did not allow for it. I have tried to call you three times today and your phone is not set up for messages. I have also texted for you to please pick up your ring. Melinda Schwingle Manager
