If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I have 2 lots that needed to be cleared and Troy said said it could be done with no problem. He started that day. The day was March 9, 2023. He said the cost to clear those lots would be $2000 and he said he needed $1000 to pay his employees that day. I wrote him a check for $1000 that same day. They started clearing the brush the same day but it got dark and some of his equipment got stuck because areas on the lots get saturated because of the rain so they didn't get much done. They left and haven't returned. It takes the ground a little while for the ground to dry. When it was dry enough to work I texted him and called but no response. It wasn't until my nephew got in touch with him that I got a response. He made it sound as if I was bothering him but he said he was going to take care of it. I waited almost 2 months before I texted him again. He asked for my address as if he had forgotten who I was but he assured me he would take care of it but still hasn't. I told him 2 weeks ago if I didn't hear from him within a few days I would file a complaint. As of today Sept 25, 2023 I still haven't heard from him. I want him to give back at least half of the $1000 I gave him. Resolution Sought Reimburse half of the $1000 back to me.
