TRS Recovery Services, Inc. complaints

Company states; TRS understands that you may have contacted Amazon CS Rep regarding TRS' collection of this item, however those reps do not have access to TRS collection items as those purchases are often made with vendors on the Amazon website. Thus, your Amazon account may be current while at the same time it may not reflect items that have returned unpaid to venders selling on Amazon, for which TRS was assigned to collect upon. You can learn about TRS' relationship with Amazon at the Amazon Help and CS center under the section titled "Correct a Failed Checking Account Authorizations."! Our system reflects that this transaction returned unpaid by the bank because of a "Hold of Funds". Once this occurred, it was then assigned by Amazon to TRS for collection on 11/15/23. Please also note a statutory return check fee of $25 was applied to this item, making the total amount owed $55.41. As part of our investigation, TRS contacted Amazon Marketplace pmts to verify this transaction & the shipment of the products. Amazon confirmed the order was shipped and billed to the address above. This purchase was for a "Bed Wedge Pillow," as indicated on the enclosed shipping confirmations we received from Amazon validating this transaction. Please review the validation carefully. TRS reports active items to its affiliate TeleCheck Services, LLC a specialty reporting agency and check warranty company, until resolved. This active item may affect your ability to write checks or open accounts at merchants and financial institutions which utilize TeleCheck's check warranty and account verification services.
