Tru Blu intercepted call to Angie's list in 2017. They said they were able to do the required work to fix my house following storm that occurred while I was continuing my recover at Carolina Rehab from head on collision mva in 2016. It became apparent early on that they weren't on the up & up. They allowed to make choices that they had no intention of delivering g on using substandard business practices to get into your you graces. They refused to give me my warranty when the work was done. I refused to give them any more money for their shotty practices. That's when new set of breakers started to occur. Taking place setting off table, @2018 heard baking on roof ( when I yelled who is it! The pounding stopped and I hear foot steps running through backyard next door (house vacant). When police called, they said they couldn't find anything and said it was probably Fort Bragg (Liberty.) I mentioned that someone had torn the flashing off my roof, they blamed on a storm (only affected my house??). Months earlier a very, very nice inspector was sent out from the insurance company, forgot his name, told me it was. Secure don't touch it. It had weathered many a storms and bad weather. There's a big difference in quality and quantity. The man that did it cared and his work showed it until I invited human termites into my home. Several months ago the bamming happen again. I went outside with flashlight, they ran. Constant invasion into my privacy. They refused to give me warran Resolution Sought Reputable contractor to fix my house and repair my roof please. I am a quadruple threat senior, live alone, Black on fixed income easy target for criminals. Can they be put out of business so others won't have to suffer the same traumatic indignities.

This job was done back in 2017 and the complaint listed here happened in 2018. Customer was completely happy with the work and there were never any complaints or discontent until now. This was an insurance claim that was completed and approved by the customer and the insurance company upon completion. A one year labor warranty is provided for all work done in accordance with North Carolina Law from the date of completion. We were never informed of any problems for that one year warranty. If this customer has damage from a storm, indicated above, she needs to contact her insurance company to make another claim. Not sure why our company is being targeted in this manner. We have always taken great care in our projects and customers well being.
