I purchased a clutch kit from truckandgear.com. when it arrived, the package was damaged and missing parts. I asked for a refund, because they said it would take them 1 month or longer to send a replacement. After I sent them the product back, they sent me a replacement instead of a refund. The package for the replacement was also damaged. I contacted them and questioned why they sent me a replacement, when I requested a refund. After some back and forth arguing, they finally admitted they were wrong and asked me to send the package back for the refund. I shipped their damaged package back to them. Several weeks later, I contacted them about the process of my refund. They told me they cannot refund me because the replacement package, which they sent to me by mistake, was indeed damaged; so they refuse to refund me. They stated that the $5 plastic clutch alignment tool was broken, and that was why they refused the refund. They then told me they threw away the package because that part was broken. So now I have no product, and they kept my $1,706.87. I have been trying to resolve this issue with them for 6-7 months, and they just keep telling me there's nothing they can do for me. So essentially they kept my money and their product, and refuse to resolve this with me in any way. Resolution Sought I want a refund of all my money. I asked for a refund when I sent the original item back, but they sent me a replacement instead. When I returned the again damaged replacement back, they kept my money and the product.
