Recently, with heavy rains in winter, I had minimal water intrusion. A plan was made to waterproof of foundation. Now done with new plants in the planter. The end units are exposed to this problem. The company was diligent during the repair.

I appreciate this association and find it to be a true asset and rewarding relationship!

I have lived in Briarwood Community for the past 13 years. I have been very satisfied with how well oiled and polished the association has been run; and due to this I have had few concerns. The few that I have had have always been handled professionally and promptly by Joe and Alicia. They are always courteous and well informed. They are always friendly and reassuring to me, no matter what my concern may be. All phone calls are returned promptly. They are well informed and respond in a timely and positive manner. The code of ethics here are enforced on a daily/regular basis. They always have time to listen. I appreciate this association and find it to be a true asset and rewarding relationship!
