Purchased a lazy boy chair, model Alton for 211.99 on 8/3/2020 from Staples in Warrington, Pa. The arm started to split and I filed a claim on 5/27/ 2021. They said they ordered a replacement arm order # 309165 and it would be shipped to me. After several weeks I e-mail and they said it was on a ship and was delayed. Again I waited and e-mailed again, they said that it was discontinued and I would get a check for the chair. That was in Oct. and no check I have e-mailed twice and called three time but all they say is that they have to check on it with another department and will send an e-mail to me. Have not gotten any e-mail or check. I have called Lazyboy at 734 242 1444 but they say it is true innovations problem since it was purchased at Staples. Resolution Sought Send me the check.
