Customer service Lakeside Drive, Lynchburg VA

Asked an employee where I could find petcocks. He didn't know what that was, so I told him it was an open close valve, that went in-between 2 hoses. I showed him the hose size I needed it for. He told me it was somewhere on aisle 2, I went and Looked, couldn't find. Walked out, employee was standing around the front doing nothing, He was not the Cashier... will not go back
