I ordered a true harness and they sent me a waggy tails harness! they put me off for about 2 weeks saying it was in transit from new york and when i got it it came from Erlanger Ky. I have tried to call and email them but all i get is a recording and a lot of runn a round. I think this is just a bait and switch. they won* tell me where to send the item back.the name on it is ROSIE with none below it. it looks like her name is Rosie none! Resolution Sought I would lie my money back with interest and where to send it back too.

Company states: We are terribly sorry for the delay in response. Our manufacturer makes products for many stores and puts logo of their companies too as requested by them. Mistakenly, the manufacturer puts wrong logo on the our harness and sent to the customer. There is nothing wrong with it. We can see that customer is also complaining about the name tag that we printed as "Rosie none". We would like to mention that the customer by himself provided that printing info for the harness and printed the same as we received as details from the customer. We are not at fault for this. Please refer this order page as an evidence: https://prnt.sc/24toi5o Still we are happy to offer a new tags worth $14.97 at no cost and will bear the loss where we are absolutely at no fault.
