I have received the wrong product need help to exchange and get right product and rest of my order. No response to emails.
I emailed the customer support letting them know that they have and issue with their system when it comes to order leashes. That said I just put up with the mistake even though I have emailed my order number and explaining that I did not want red and the colors I wanted, no change. I than just ordered two more harnesses as a gift and 5 more leashes explaining the colors and receive the wrong order. I have emailed a detail of what has happened with no response to how to fix the mistake. And there is no phone number to call to speak with somebody. Now I look up the address and it is an apartment complex. Which is fine but, to be in business and not taking care of the problem is an issue also, not communicating with customers, as I see is an on going problem is not right also. So, either respond to this complaint or I will reach out to my credit card company and deny the charges. They are customer oriented and will take care of the problem for me.

Awesome!!
The company is great and their customer service is very professional. I was having a size issue with the product so I contacted them for their assistance. I was not sure that if they help me or not because usually companies do not care about their customer's queries after selling but Oh My God! Trueharness replied me immediately and sorted my issue within a day. I'm glad that I chose Trueharness for my Oreo and Salty. Please go for it, you won't regret your purchase.
