We've subscribed to Microsoft 365 on a month to month basis with this company. On february 6 we've decided to cancel before the next renewal and informed company regarding the same. They charged us 2500 on Feb 7th for next renewal even after cancellation. Hesitate to refund the money saying un professional reasons. After we came to know that this company is a big fraud and do the same with all customers Resolution Sought Refund and make sure that they don't repeat this with any customers
