To Whom It May Concern, This letter serves as formal notice that TruePeopleSearch is repeatedly failing to honor my opt-out and deletion request. I previously completed your opt-out process and requested removal of my personal information. Despite this, my personal and identifying information continues to reappear and remain publicly accessible on your website. This is a recurring violation after opt-out. As a California resident, I am exercising my rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Re-publishing or continuing to display my personal information after a valid opt-out and deletion request constitutes noncompliance with California privacy law. I have escalated this matter by contacting legal counsel and submitting complaints to the California Attorney General and relevant regulatory authorities. I hereby demand that TruePeopleSearch: Immediately and permanently remove all records containing my personal information Cease any further publication, re-posting, or redistribution of my data Provide written confirmation that my information has been permanently suppressed from your systems Failure to comply will result in further legal and regulatory action without additional notice.
