They are charging me for two services that I thought I had paid for the year prior, in which I paid over five hundred dollars for. I thought this was part of that service but it was not. They told me that I gave them consent when I started my first service by signing but I never signed anything we did it over the phone. No one told me over the phone that when this contract was over an new one would automatically start without my consent. They never told me that. They did two treatments to my lawn then sent me a bill that's when I called and told them to stop. Resolution Sought Not to charge me for two treatments.

TruGreen called and left voicemails as well as sent an email to Mr. Wilkins apologizing for the miscommunication that our services renew year to year unless we otherwise hear from the customer. It is never TruGreen's intent to do unauthorize services and expects a customer to pay for them. As a good faith gesture, TruGreen has credited $195.54 for the services completed on 1/28/25 and 3/4/25. TruGreen considers this matter resolved.

August 2024, I received a phone call from Truegreen lawn service offering to seed and irrigation service for $1100.00. It was agreed that I would make monthly payments. Every month I have been receiving past due bills and phone calls throughout the month. Every first of the month I send in a payment with out failure. I am down to $302.00. They continue to harass me every week. Resolution Sought I am down to $302.00. They continue to harass me every week.

TruGreen spoke with Ms. Brewer on 2/4/25. TruGreen educated the customer that we do not typically offer a payment plan for individual services, so our system is not set up to recognize such. The collection call report is automatic based on the age of invoices. TruGreen is calling the customer after the first of each month to process a payment and manually delaying the system's collection call request to keep the customer from receiving unneeded calls until the balance is satisfied. TruGreen apologized to the customer for the inconvenience and considers this matter resolved.
