Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I am very upset. This bank had put a flag on my debit cards so I called to find out what happened fixed or should I say resolved what they thought might have been fraud, so the lady unblocked the cards. I go to proceed to shop at Ross again it's declined I called the bank again the gentleman who I spoke with ( Eric) said he fixed it just wait 5 minutes to use the card 1 hour later I go to cash app my 15 year old and again it's still blocked after 6 calls to the bank stillblocked. Now it's Saturday afternoon I'm on hold for over an hour typing this to the bbb office I can't get a person on the phone and I still have no access to my money after making deposits in all my accounts yesterday. What do I do Resolution Sought All I want is for someone to at least get my card unlocked maybe if someone from your company called they'd get a resolution

I opened a Truist account with a certified check from my valley bank. The check was cashed. Three weeks later I'm told that my account will be closed. The certified check was made to Truist. Truist said it should of been made out to me. They will not give me my money. I did what the bank agent told me to do . Truist xash d the check. So where is my 50,000? Resolution Sought To return my money
