Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

My bank is not reimbursing my account for service that had been refunded but because I had filed a dispute they blocked my card which caused my refund to be cancelled and the merchant was trying to refund me but because I hadn't received my funds I filed dispute now the merchant has accepted chargeback but the bank is saying that they haven't received funds to refund my account I'm upset because my bank had originally stated I receive a provisional credit back in May but then decided that they would not provide this credit my problem is that they are not proving to care or treat my issue as important and slowly working on my claim without any regards to my account my money and the amount of time and I feel they are purposely doing this for some horrible reason I spoke with merchant who stated they accepted the chargeback over 22 days ago Resolution Sought My account reimbursed and I should receive interest on the funds due to the slow process and no sense of urgency

I had fraud on my account from Loan that I applied for online. That was a scam. I was advised through Truist Bank Young Circle, Hollywood, Florida Elena Rodriguez to open up a new account so I could have my money secure. Meanwhile, she blocked that account said there was fraud on that account which there wasn't and now I have no money For food or anything. Resolution Sought I would like the outcome to be to get my $469 back from the account that they advised me to open and blocked and the other two accounts that had my money on it before the fraud and scam
