To whom this may concern. I am a patient for medical marijuana and have been since 12/28/22. The issue that I am having is when I purchased my medical marijuana, which I always get the same brand for pain. On 07/26/23 I experienced a burning sensation on my tongue and lip which that never happened before. So therefore I called the dispensary to explain what I went through and it was told to me there's nothing they can do about it because it was opened. If it wasn't opened I would not have known and they told me that they couldn't refund my money back . So therefore my only option was to explain my situation with bbb. And I asked them was there another # that I can call about the situation and the answer was no. I'm hoping that I can get help with solving this issue and I will never go back there again. Thank you! Resolution Sought Look into this matter and hoping for a refund
