I was charged for reprogramming 2 FOBs for my car the technician couldn't program the remotes but charged my credit card anyway. I called the company the next day (1-21-23) I was told they would charge an additional $85.00 to send another technician out. I told them no to just credit my card. I was told they couldn't do that a manager would call me. I called the company back today (1-23-23) and told them again about the problem I was told again a manager would call me. Resolution Sought I want a refund.
