No paper bill was submitted to customer site. Immediate payment has been demanded by the company, even though homeowner has informed company that the repair of two radiators failed the next day. Two replacement parts were purchased and installed, and the radiators were bled. Resolution Sought I am requesting a reduction in price AND return visits at no additional charge until the lack of heat in the first floor bathroom and bedroom is proven to be is corrected and proves successful. The work should have a written warranty with an appropriate time frame.
