Customer Complaint

I filed a dispute with my bank on 12/26 on 12/28 I called their customer service and the guy had no knowledge of banking procedure. I then went to a local branch and the CSR said the dispute hadn't yet to even be assigned. I left my card at a Trustmark ATM on 12/23 and the person who found it made a charge for the amount listed. I've made a police as advised by my bank to do but they also have had me calling and go to the locations of the company that is listed as the receiver of the payment. They have had me doing their job and no one their has had any regard to me as a customer. I've called a total of 4 locations of the title company they said is listed and that company hasn't helped and even asked why am I not letting my bank do this and I said because they told me this is what I needed to do to get my money back sooner. I have no where to turn for help. Resolution Sought Get my money back.
