I have paid full price for the service to constantly brake I've tried to get them to resolve the issue nothing ever gets fixed 5 times they never sent a tech out when confronted about the problems and I shouldn't pay full price they said there was nothing they could do but put a service ticket and someone would be out by the next day always gave them an extra day still had to call to get someone out here and the last 5 times nobody ever showed up I only have one service with this company and they can't even get that to work they tried telling me I had to buy my own equipment because there's wasn't working all they ever do is bring a new router but I have to beg for even that even the customer service reps gasp when they see how many trouble tickets I have and still have the same problem I have tried everything but getting a lawyer. Resolution Sought At least give a good portion of my money back and have the service operational.

I set up service with this company in Oct of last year .I went into the office and spoke with a tech. Asking them about getting service in my home because I needed internet service I asked what they had she stated that they had a special that they was offering for 168.00 a month that sound good so I set up the services with them. She stated that the first bill would be high because of the installation I understood that. I asked her again is this the amount that I will be paying monthly she assured me that it would be. I got my first bill this month Feb. And it's not the amount quote to be for my bill starting out in Feb. There is a balance on there that I owed for the rest of the installment but I paid that on Jan 29 23. But the monthly amount is more than what I was given with the special which was 168.00 monthly. I am a senior I and I took these services because I could handle them in my budget. Resolution Sought I want them to honor the special that they offer with the package the offer me. Prime channel and basic channel they no what package they quote me.
