I bought a - dash Cam from this company and when I plugged it into my truck the cigarette lighter it damaged the radio I had to take my truck to Cadillac dealership and they informed me that it's gonna be over $1400 of damage I reached out to the company they refused to pay the only thing that they're trying to give me is the $49 the $7 the 795 I'm filing a dispute with the city of Bedford and I just wanna let you guys know that this company is a scam Resolution Sought Pay for the damage to my radio

The refund will be provided to the credit card on file ending in 7504 within two to five business days. Furthermore, we confirm that the customer's account has been closed and will receive no further charges. After thinking about the $77.00 they offered, that offended me so with that being said. I want all of the money I have to pay to get my truck fixed, which is $1400.00. If they won't pay all but $57.00 I will be filling a lawsuit against t this company. On one of my conversations with this company one of the representatives stated after refunding the purchase and shipping amount, I won't be asking for more money, I felt that comment was very strange. So, I called back to ask why the rep asked me that question, she did not answer my question. This company is a scam and I feel that other consumers have had this same issue, but this company stills continues to see these defective Dash Cams. They did not even ask me to return the Dash Cam back to this company.
