TT of Merrimack LLC came on my credit report,I have never done business with them. They say I applied for a car loan which I did not. They should not have had my personal information. Resolution Sought Need this removed from my credit report,also think this should be investigated.

“AutoFair Ford” is a trade name used by TT of Merrimack, LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company. Mr. Greenwood visited AutoFair Ford on September 1, 2023 and was interested in possibly financing the purchase of a 2019 Hyundai Tucson from AutoFair Ford. The financing process requires a potential purchaser to submit a credit application in order to determine what financing terms a potential purchaser qualifies for. On September 1, 2023 Mr. Greenwood filled out a credit application, authorizing AutoFair Ford to access his credit report and credit score. Accordingly, the inquiry from TT of Merrimack, LLC is legitimate, and AutoFair Ford cannot request the credit bureaus to remove the inquiry.
