Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. They repaired tornado damage to my house in Joliet, Il. They replaced a picture window in my family room. They had their employees install the window. This was done in 2021. There was a small crack to the inside window at the corner which started 12/2023. I notified TTLC immediately. It took them over a month to respond and I made multiple phone calls. We were told Yorkville Glass does the windows for them. Our window was bought by a company in Chicago, over 30 miles from us which was not Yorkville Glass and Yorkville Glass is much closer. When I called the glass company that TTLC bought the window from they stated they do not come out to customers homes and we would have to bring the picture window to them! The glass company stated they do not install windows they only make them. I notified a supervisor named Yaz at TTLC who stated it is not their problem. TTLC USED A COMPANY THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS TO REMOVE A PICTURE WINDOW AND DRIVE TO CHICAGO WITH IT! What could have been a small job is now a bigger job. The crack started at the corner and now went across the whole window. The window is still under warranty for 2 more years. I told them I would have never used a company that far from my home. I feel they cut corners with the replacement window. I feel that TTLC should be responsible for the repairs since they chose this certain glass company. Resolution Sought Repair or replace the picture window. It will need to be resealed also. I would like a different respectable /reliable company.
