The company was hired to reglaze a bathtub and I was told the caulking on top of bathtub between walls was including they did a very sloppy job leaving gabs in the caulking and very rough feel when complaining to the company he claimed it was like that. Before reglazing the tub they should have removed any old grout or caulking and they did not do that. We were told we can do it ourselves. This company is very unprofessional . I have pictures of it Resolution Sought To correct it

As you can see the customer the invoice, inspected & approved. Caulking is "NOT" under warranty and we "only" caulk if applicable. Enclosed is the email which has everything on it that was being done & caulking is not even in the email. My Man (tech) explained to Franklin who did not hire us, his wife did all of this & to just put a bead of caulk over it.
