Called and spoke to an auto agent about Auto protection for my pickup truck. Asked for my bank account information, but was not aware that they were going to take out . I did not authorize this I did not tell them to go ahead and do this. it's been 3 months and I have no refund yet I've spoken in 10 different people over there Resolution Sought I want my refund back. I would appreciate it
