I signed a deal February 5 for a jeep grand Cherokee 2011 from this company from the second day I had it I had to take it back serve those people everything you can name is wrong with the car from my knowledge you have stopped on me it's not a reliable car I have finance this car not knowing that the car was a lemon these people have told me they was going to fix my car with no cost to me they have had my car since February 15 I haven't yet been able to drive my car I'm paying $513 a month for this car the company won't give me a reliable car to get around things I have to do I have a very sick mother that stays in Chicago this man will not give even give me a car so I can make it to see my sick mom I've been begging and ask him for help I really feel like he tricked me into getting his car and he won't do what he needs to do to get my car fixed they are charging me $16,000 and some change for this car that I'm not even able to drive it's been over a month and he keeps just giving me excuses he's very disrespectful and very belligerent I'm I just need help ASAP Resolution Sought I just need help ASAP I traded my 2006 jeep grand Cherokee to him that was very liable for me to get whatever I wanted. I just wanted a newer car a battle car and now I'm stuck with nothing he won't give me a liable car to drive he won't help me at this point I just need my car to be fixed completely no problems with it and I need you guys help to help me with that I trade in my car and he did not put it down At all in the deal he put down I gave him $1500.
