Customer Complaint

I paid for half of a roofing project with a certified check on October 28, 2021. I was told that the roofers would be out within two weeks. The only time I have been contacted is when I initiate the calls. Their spokesperson Josh was instructed last week to contact me when the materials were to be delivered. I missed his call that morning and the roofing supplies were left in the alley behind my house. I and a coworker had to physically move everything inside the fence to keep it from being stolen. After being so upset about that occurrence on Monday, I didn't realize that the shingles delivered were not what I order. Turbo Exteriors didn't call and let me know ow that the shingles I ordered weren't available any more. They just delivered something else. The roofers were supposed to be at my house this morning between 7 and 8am. I called Josh and he assured that they would be here some time today. It's almost 3 o'clock. How do businesses get by with this? Thanks for your help. Resolution Sought A refund would be great. They have taken entirely too long with no communication unless I initiate it. Terrible customer service.
